PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine Washing Instructions: Set your washing machine to a gentle cycle and choose cold water. Wash with a gentle detergent, fragrance-free. Make sure to use color catcher additives to prevent color bleeding.
Hand Washing Instructions: I highly recommend washing all fabric sewn totes, bags, quilts, hand-quilted quilts, and embroidered quilts by hand. First, Fill either a clean sink or tub with cold water and dye/perfume free detergent. Make sure to use color catcher additives to prevent color bleeding. Then, submerge the Tote/Quilt and mix gently for about 10 minutes, then drain the soapy water, and refill with fresh water. Repeat the rinsing process until the water runs clear.
Machine Drying Instructions: Air drying is not necessary. Only use low heat when machine drying the totes or quilts. These are handmade products, and it is high quality, but still delicate. To be safe, don't dry it all the way. Tumble dry it on low until it is damp, and then let it air dry.
Storing (Quilts Only) –
The best place to store a quilt is on a bed – its flat and has constant airflow. If you do not have space to keep on a bed, you can store it in a cotton bag or muslin bag (NOT PLASTIC) and make sure it is completely dried. Taking it out from time to time to get some air is recommended.

If you receive your product from HoneyCrisp Hut, and you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@honeycrisphut.com within 30 days of receiving the product and we will work with you to try and make you satisfied. All issues must be processed within 30 days of receiving the product.
Since these products are custom made, these products are final sale and we cannot provide a refund for any reason. We will only cover the cost of repair or replacement if there a production error – i.e., defects, loose stitching, binding shifts, or broken hardware. In the event there is a manufacturing error, we ask that you send photos of the issue, and proof of purchase (order # or order confirmation email).
