Please pay attention as this bag is handmade for YOU to your specifications.  About Theme/Color: Since we can not guarentee a specific fabric,  we will accomodate your choise of theme and color as much as possible.   We will do our best if you have a specific fabric you love.   It cannot be returned or replaced unless there is a quality problem.  I'm not responsible for the mistakes you make in your order (shipping address, etc.). 

If you receive your product from HoneyCrisp Hut, and you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@honeycrisphut.com within 30 days of receiving the product and we will work with you to try and make you satisfied. All issues must be processed within 30 days of receiving the product.
Since these products are custom made, these products are final sale and we cannot provide a refund for any reason.  We will only cover the cost of repair or replacement if there a production error – i.e., defects, loose stitching, binding shifts, or broken hardware. In the event there is a manufacturing error, we ask that you send photos of the issue, and proof of purchase (order # or order confirmation email).

PROCESSING: HoneyCrisp Hut will process your order within 4-6 weeks unless an order processing delay has been noted on the website. Please be sure to double check your shipping address during check out as we are unable to make changes once your order has been placed!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: As soon as your order is packed up and a shipping label is created you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking status may take up to 48 hours once the label has been created. Once your order is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business day days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
